Research Library
The peptide research library
What the published literature reports on each compound: what was studied, in which model and how strong the evidence is. Every source is linked.

-
Recovery
BPC-157 research
A 15-residue peptide studied mostly in rodent injury models; what was found and how strong the evidence is.
-
Recovery
TB-500 research
Thymosin beta-4 and the fragment sold as TB-500: which studies belong to which molecule.
-
Metabolic
Retatrutide research
An investigational triple agonist of the GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors, with published phase 1 to phase 3 trials.
-
Longevity
GHK-Cu research
The copper-binding tripeptide GHK-Cu: coordination chemistry, cell and animal wound studies, and the few controlled human trials.
-
Longevity
MOTS-c research
A 16-residue peptide encoded in mitochondrial DNA: the proposed AMPK mechanism, the mouse studies and the thin human evidence.
-
Longevity
NAD+ research
NAD+ is a coenzyme, not a peptide: its redox role, the enzymes that consume it, what aging studies measure and how few human studies exist.
-
Growth hormone
Tesamorelin research
A stabilized 44-residue GHRH analogue: its chemistry, the trials behind one narrow drug approval, and what that approval does not cover.
-
Growth hormone
CJC-1295 research
A GHRH(1-29) analogue made with and without the albumin-binding DAC group: which published studies used which molecule.
-
Growth hormone
Ipamorelin research
A selective ghrelin-receptor agonist: receptor pharmacology, the animal work and the trials that were run.
-
Cognitive
Semax research
A seven-residue ACTH(4-10) analogue studied mainly in Russian laboratories and clinics: what was found and how far it goes.
-
Cognitive
Selank research
A seven-residue analogue of tuftsin: what the rodent and small clinical studies did, and where the evidence stops.
-
Immune
KPV research
The last three residues of alpha-MSH, studied in cell and rodent models of inflammation, with no human trials found.
How to read this library
Know what kind of study you are reading.
Every finding on a compound page is marked with the kind of work it came from. The kinds are not interchangeable, and a page never lets one stand in for another.
-
In vitro
Cell and tissue work
Shows that something can happen in isolated cells or tissue. It says nothing yet about a whole organism.
-
Animal
Work in living models
Shows what was observed in a living animal, most often a rodent. A finding in an animal is not a finding in people.
-
Human
Clinical work in people
Trials and observational studies in people. It speaks only for the population and the design that were studied.
-
Review
Summaries of other studies
A review gathers what others reported. It is only as strong as the work it draws on, so the pages say which that is.

Guides to research peptides as laboratory materials: what they are, how they are made, tested and stored.
Pages in this library report published research on compounds as laboratory materials. They contain no dosing information and no guidance on use in people or animals. Everything Horizon Peptides supplies is for research use only.
